  • ¡A single price with no surprises! Your rental includes:

    - Telephone (for Praktik Bakery rooms)

    - Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet

    - Community expenses and taxes

    - Free weekly laundry service

    - Free weekly cleaning service and change of sheets and towels, once a week

    - Personal assistance from hotel reception

  • A deposit must be paid in order to confirm your booking. This deposit will be returned to you 15 working days after the end of your contract if there is no damage to the room and if all contract conditions have been met during your stay.

    On the day your contract starts, if you do not check in and we do not receive any notice from you within 48 hours prior to your date of arrival, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking without returning your deposit.

    - For rentals of 1 month, a deposit of 250€ is required

    - For rentals of up to 3 months, a deposit equal to one month’s rent is required

    - For rentals of more than 3 months, a deposit equal to two months’ rent is required

  • For cancellations of bookings confirmed at least a month before the established contract start date, a charge of 250 € will be applied.

    For cancellations of bookings confirmed within the 30 days prior to the established contract start date, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.

  • We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

  • Yes, you can have visitors in your room, but you cannot provide accommodation for a second person. You will be responsible at all times for the behaviour of your visitors and any damage they cause.

  • Flexible entry and exit

  • Minimum 1 months, maximum 12 months

  • No, except for rentals that allow 2 people.

  • We are sorry, but smoking is not allowed inside the building. We have specially designated smoking areas.
